Dear Sir:

This concerns the Graduate School Students Board’s proposal that the Graduate School Students may also be represented as one of the members of the Bicol University Student Council. The intent of the proposal is for the Graduate School Students to participate and coordinate its program of activities relative to the overall program of the BU Student Council. This would enhance synchronization of Graduate School Activities to that of the BU Student Council that would effect better organization and management of students and their affairs.

In view hereof, request that representation be made by your office to facilitate the said proposal. The GSSB is very grateful to what ever appropriate action that should be taken by your office. For the best interest of Graduate School Students, we support your leadership.

Thank you.
